Owner
Patrick is the owner of Costaflair. Originally from Germany he previously worked in several areas of the international hospitality industry before concentrating the last 20 years on real estate marketing.
Exploring the unique values and beauty of a property and communicating them to ressonate with the right client is his responsibility as well as the development of the company.
In his spare time he loves to be together with his son.
Head of Sales, Partner
Simon is the sales manager of Costaflair. Originally from England, he previously worked for Honda UK for 16 years before moving to southern Spain with his family in 2009. For the last 10 years, Simon oversees the day-to-day running of the business including sales and long-term rentals.
In his spare time, he loves to be playing one of the many golf courses on the Costa del Sol.
Property Concierge
Alexander is a property concierge, a local residential real estate specialist that helps you to find your new home on the Costa del Sol or sell it efficiently to the right clients for the best price.
He had a successful career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Company before moving to Marbella in 2012 and getting involved in the real estate industry and rental management. Alexander is motivated by providing the best service possible, tailored specifically to the clients’ needs.
He studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Durham University in the United Kingdom and is passionate about architecture and history. In his free time he likes to play football or do martial arts.
Alexander speaks English, Russian, and Spanish.
Property Concierge
Ana was born and grow up in Malaga. As a real local she has a strong emotional connection to her city.
With a degree from the university of Malaga and a background in luxury hospitality management, she knows the expectations of property owners and international buyer clients very well and how to satisfy them.
Due to her curiosity and interest, she is constantly exploring the developments in town, and thanks to her reliable network of professionals she seems to have a quick solution for every challenge that can arise during a property transaction.
As an ex-triathlon athlete she has an energetic character, always an honest smile on her face that expresses her positive attitude, every day. Our team and our clients are very grateful for that gift.
