• Photographs and a full inventory of contents where applicable
• Keyholding
• Main point of contact for tenants
• Collection of monthly rent, if required
• Ensure utility bills are paid in a timely manner
• Monthly inspections of the property including severe weather checks
• Emergency call outs during office hours (out of hours call outs additional charge applies)
• Maintenance of the property (fees will apply)
• Repair or replacement of electrical items such as ovens, washing machines etc.
• Transparency of charges passed on by 3rd parties
• Contract renewal for if the tenant chooses to stay
• End of rental check out service and inspection prior to deposit refund
• Security inspection of the property
• Electronic property audit will be provided when required
